Therapydia Rutland’s individualized approach to Strength and Conditioning is similar to our philosophy of physical therapy. Your personalized Strength and Conditioning program will incorporate a variety of methods including TRX suspension training, weight training, balance and coordination, and speed and agility. Together, we’ll work to find the right combination to help you reach your goals and evolve the program based on your progress.
Our Strength and Conditioning program is for all abilities and skill levels. We believe in educating you in the right forms to give you a deeper understanding of the strength and conditioning exercises and provide motivation and support along the way. You’ll have peace of mind knowing you are in the hands of trained professionals who not only have an understanding of a proper fitness progression but who can also explain the science behind the progressions.

Our Strength and Conditioning sessions last for 30 or 60 minutes and is offered in a personal or small group setting. We keep our group sessions to 4 people or less in order to offer everyone individual attention.
